I. Basic Introduction

Zirconia ceramic tubes are precision ceramic pipes manufactured from stabilized zirconia (ZrO₂) via dry pressing / isostatic pressing forming and high‑temperature sintering.

II. Core Performance Advantages (Compared with Alumina Tubes)

  • Exceptional toughness: Flexural strength and fracture toughness are 3–5 times those of alumina ceramics, featuring shatter resistance and impact resistance.

  • Excellent thermal shock resistance: Resists cracking under sharp temperature changes between hot and cold, suitable for scenarios with frequent high‑temperature start‑stop cycles.

  • Wear and corrosion resistance: Acid‑alkali resistant, wear‑resistant, with good insulating properties and no metal precipitation.

  • High‑temperature resistance: Long‑term service temperature ranges from 1400–1800℃, far superior to ordinary ceramics.

III. Common Specifications (Matching Multi‑sizes in the Picture)

  • Outer diameter: 2–50 mm; Inner diameter: 1–40 mm; Wall thickness: 0.5–5 mm

  • Length: Customizable from 50–1000 mm; cutting, mouth grinding and hole drilling are available.

  • Material: 3Y stabilized zirconia (yttria‑stabilized zirconia, the most widely used industrial grade).

IV. Main Application Scenarios

  • Sensor industry: Oxygen probe protection tubes, thermocouple sleeves (for high‑temperature temperature measurement).

  • Precision mechanical parts: Ceramic bushings, nozzles, flow tubes, micro fluid pipelines.

  • Electronic insulation: High‑temperature insulating sleeves, ceramic components for new energy equipment.

  • Laboratory instruments: Tube furnace liners, high‑temperature reaction tubes, corrosion‑resistant conduits.
